(A copy of this contract will be available at the first lesson)

I ________________________ (Parent name) promise to fulfill the following requirements to the best of my ability for my child ________________________ (singers name).

• Pay the 1st of the month in full
  • If something comes up in the middle of the month and the teacher and singer are not able to reschedule for that week then the payment for that missed lesson will roll over to the next month.
• I will give a weeks warning to __________________________ (teachers name) if my student is unable to have a lesson in the upcoming week.
• I will do all that I can to have __________________________( singers name) attend all recitals, understanding that through getting up in public and singing will highly benefit them. If, for some reason they can not/ will not sing in the recitals I will still bring my student to attend so that they might be a support to their peers.
• I understand that the price per lesson might rise as the teachers gain more certification through IVTOM. (Please initial, as it is very important that all parents understand this) _______
• I understand that the teacher will start the clock promptly and each lesson will last only 30 minutes or 45, depending what I have arranged.

What we promise you:

• We will give a weeks warning to _________________________( parents name) if we have to change/cancel lessons.
• We will keep up-to-date records of payments for lessons.
• We will be on time and give your student a full 30 or 45 minute lesson
• We will provide opportunities for your student to sing in public at least twice a year.
• Provide prompt communication
